2022 Hodgemoor Final Details

Sunday 10am – entries will remain open until approximately 11am.  We have a few maps remaining on all courses except Brown.

Storm Eunice caused the postponement from the original date. TVOC are pleased to announce that the event has been re-scheduled to Sunday 24th April.

The Chiltern Challenge, originally scheduled for this date, will now take place towards the end of this year.

We will retain the parking permit system.  Please maximise your car sharing arrangements.

This event will be SIAC enabled

Directions / Parking

IMPORANT ENTRIES AND PARKING INFORMATION:
Due to a limit of 180 parking spaces in the Perkin Elmer facility, a PERMIT SYSTEM will be in operation, based on vehicle license plate number.

Vehicles MUST have this permit to enter the site.

Permits can be obtained from Fabian4 when you enter, continuing until all 180 have been allocated.

To maximise the number of participants at this event, please car-share when you can, even just for the last couple of miles to the event. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE ABOUT THIS. See bottom of page for suggestions of where to meet a friend, leave one car and travel the last couple of miles together.

Once all the permits have been issued individuals may still enter, but will need to explain how they are travelling - perhaps coming with an existing permit holder.

Note that parking on roads near to Perkin Elmer will not be tolerated.

Terrain Description

Further Information

Where to meet friends to car share

There is a car park in Chalfont St Giles, free all day on Sunday. Postcode HP8 4QA. It is about 1½ miles from Perkin Elmer, making it ideal to leave one car and travel the short distance to the event with a friend. It is walkable, about 30 minutes with pavement all the way – details here.

Alternatively, if approaching from the west, you might prefer to meet friends in Beaconsfield and travel together from there. You should have no trouble finding parking (no charge) on Sunday mornings along London End (postcode HP9 2JD). From there it is about 3½ miles to Perkin Elmer
