We will offer a full refund to you if you need to withdraw your entry because you or a member of your close household has tested positive for COVID-19 in the five days leading up to the event. Please contact Alun who will arrange this.
If WE have to cancel the event for any reason (eg lockdown is reimposed), we will refund your entry fee less the charges levied by our entries provider.
