There are some roads on the maps that are marked with purple crosses as out of bounds.

Quite a few of the controls are out of the town, so trail shoes might be the best choice.

Please stick to the footpaths and don’t cross any fences or farm land.

This is an urban-style street event using quiet roads and footpaths. It uses the MapRun app, which records visits to controls and publishes your route and number of controls visited afterwards. You can participate without the app if you wish.

Please note that these events involve road crossings and, as such, are not suitable for unaccompanied under-16s.

The printed map will be available at registration (fee £3). The event will be password-protected – you will not get the password until you are ready for your run!

Facilities

Pub:- The Spire and Spoke, 21 Hill Rd, Watlington OX49 5AD. Food until 8:30pm.
