We will offer a full refund to anyone who needs to withdraw their entry because they or a member of their household has COVID-19 symptoms, or because they have been asked to isolate by NHS Test and Trace. If before Sunday 20th, follow the instructions below; if after Sunday 20th, contact Alun on email@example.com.
If you cannot attend the event for ANY reason and you cancel by Sunday 20th, again we will offer a full refund. To do so, click here, fill in your email address and postcode and you will receive an email from Fabian4. Click on the link in the email for our event. On the web page that appears, scroll down to the Cancellation section at the bottom, make any adjustments (e.g. where only some of the group wish to cancel), and press the button at the very bottom of the page to confirm the cancellation.

If we have to cancel the event we will offer a refund of the entry fee, less the admin charge we pay to Fabian4.
