TVOC Entry T&Cs

Event cost £3, cash only.

Due to it being an urban event, participants must be aged 16 or over.

The event will use the MapRun app, which you need to have on your phone. It is now available for download in the MapRun app: go to the folder UK/Thames Valley/TVSS and you will see two versions of the event called Thame24 TVOC TVSS. Download the one ending in ScoreW45 for the 45-minute score, and the one ending in ScoreW30 for the 30-minute score.

Note that the events are password-protected – we will issue the password at the event. Many people like to use MapRun on a Garmin watch, for which instructions may be found here. If using the event on a watch, no passcode is needed.

Paper maps will be used, so if you do not have the MapRun app you may still take part using `honesty punching’ and a watch.

The event is part of the TVOC Summer Series, which has an A league and a B league. If you wish to score points for the A league, run the 45 minute score, and if you wish to take part in the B league, run the 30 minute score.

To ensure map availability please register, ideally by Sunday evening before the event.
