Prize Armchair Course Planning Competition

Level A

24th May 2020

Wendover Woods

TVOC invites you to take part in a Course Planning Competition.

The challenge is for participants to set a British Long Distance Championship M21E Course on the latest Wendover Woods map.

Wendover is one of TVOC’s quality areas, but is limited in size. It has been used for a number major competitions, including the British Middle Distance Championships in 2017 and the British Relay Championships way back in 1984.

There are some people in the club who believe the area is large enough to accommodate (at least theoretically) a high quality M21E Long Distance Course. The purpose of this competition is to see if anybody can produce such a course, and to give maximum scope to this, for this competition, a few previous access restrictions have been removed.
