It is likely that you have not been into the northern part of Hambleden unless you have run the longer courses. This may be the only opportunity to visit this seldom visited part of the Culden Faw Estate.It is fairly hilly with a good path network, mostly open beech woodland with some conifers and yew trees. There are some nettles but the courses have been planned to avoid the worst affected areas.

Long 4.7km 140m climb and 14 controls.
Medium 3.6km 125m climb and 10 controls.
Short 2.4km 80m climb and 7 controls.
All courses are TD4/5 and NOT suitable for beginners.
