The deadlines for relay entries for both the JK and the British Orienteering Championships are fast approaching – entries for both must be in by 28 February. If you would like to run in a relay team, please let me (Alison Smith) know (preferably by e-mail) as soon as possible, and by 21 February at the latest, to give me time to organise runners into suitable teams and get the entries in.
I need to know your name, age class, SI card number, e-mail address, phone number (including mobile if possible in case I need to contact you on the day of the relay) and any preferences regarding relay category, team mates and leg number. Relay categories and payment details are listed below. Obviously I can't guarantee to put you in your first choice of category, as that depends on who else is available to form a team, but I'll do my best.
Once I've organised the teams, I'll be asking for cheques payable to TVOC to be sent to me before I put the entry in.

For those unfamiliar with the system, the 120+ and 165+ categories require the age classes of all team members (not their actual exact ages) to add up to at least 120 or 165 or more. For the 48- class, the age classes must add up to 48 or less, and all team members must be M/W 20 or below. Mixed ad hoc teams can include any age classes and even members of other clubs.
